Probe v1 does not have an active customer subscription product. The full audit is a $149 one-time purchase, and there is no in-product account portal or billing dashboard to cancel.
Monitoring is planned for v2. The planned price is $79 per month with a 12-month commitment, but it is coming soon and is not available to buy in v1.
If you bought a full audit
There is no subscription to cancel after a one-time full audit purchase. Your report access is tied to the checkout and report unlock flow.
If you cannot access a paid report, email support@runprobe.com with the checkout email, submitted URL, and report link if available.
If you think you were charged incorrectly
Email support@runprobe.com with the checkout email, charge date, amount, and any Stripe receipt information you have. Do not send card numbers, passwords, API keys, or private credentials.
Support can check whether there was a duplicate charge, payment error, or report unlock problem.
Refunds
Refunds are only approved for technical failures, worker crashes, no findings rendered because of a product failure, or broken report access. Requests must be sent within 30 days.
Refunds are not approved because you changed your mind, expected monitoring, wanted a different kind of audit, or did not find anything new.
If a refund is approved, it is processed through Stripe within 5 business days.
